Dead Pool 2008

It's the end of the year, and that can only mean that I'm filling out my yearly Dead Pool list. I got 3 out of 10 picks last year, but unfortunately, Saddam Hussein didn't count because he was executed, so really only 2 out of 10. However, Gerald Ford died TWO days after I made my picks last year, so it wasn't a total wipeout.
