Newsday everyday

Fuck Daniel Radcliffe

Daniel Radcliffe, who reprises his boy-wizard role in the upcoming fifth Harry Potter movie, The Order of the Phoenix, told SCI FI Wire that he thinks ending the franchise with Harry's death makes sense. Asked if he'll be playing a death in the expected seventh and final film in the series, Radcliffe said: "That's a very good question. ... I like to think that I will. ... I think, personally, ... that's the only way [author J.K. Rowling] could ever halt any call for her to keep writing [Potter books], because, I mean, if Harry survives, she'll just be getting plagued by requests to write an eighth book for the rest of her life."

Daniel Radcliffe is stupid, because I'm sure J.K. Rowling would be delighted to be plagued by requests to earn hundreds of millions of dollars. I know I would be. Obviously, he is not a critical thinker.

I don't know what I'd do if I read the next Harry Potter book and Harry died. Mostly because that's like two years from now and I can't see into the future. I imagine I'd get something to eat afterwords.

Lost fans are pussies.

“February? That's way too long! Why do they do that? It seems like this season just started. I'll still watch it and can't wait until February, but I don't like the idea of having to wait.”

Listen assholes, I had to wait 21 months for The Sopranos season 6. And by the time the second part of season 6 airs, I will have waited 10 months in between part one and two. Three months is nothing. These jerks need toughening up.

Cuz this is thriller

Will Michael Jackson's comeback performance become a “freak show”?

That's what some worried when the singer announced that he will perform next week at the World Music Awards in London next week.

Jacko has told organizers he is planning to do a live recreation of the graveyard scene from his “Thriller” video to close out the show — his first performance since his messy child abuse case last year.

Well, at least he won't need the makeup this time.

OHH! OWW! SHAMONE!

Good Riddance

Politicians were unanimous late on Wednesday in their pleasure at seeing the controversial American politician - one of the architects of the US-led invasion of Iraq - move on.

Venerable Shi'ite politician Mahmud Othman said: "The resignation came late.
